Retin-A

Retin-a (tretinoin) is a form of vitamin A applied topically and efficient in the treatment of skin acne. If you have sensitive skin or need long-term treatment with Retin-a your health care provider may recommend taking a break and giving your skin some rest. Make sure you resume the treatment when recommended to make sure you get the result required. Your doctor may provider you with some recommendations regarding your diet. These can make your treatment more efficient – so make sure you follow all the directions. It’s important that you report any skin reactions that appear to be severe and persist for a long time, including stinging, red skin, increase in acne sores, scaling skin, lightening or darkening of the skin, swelling or blistering, warmth, crusting of the skin, and some other ones that may be individual for every person.
